My iqama is expired from 2 months i can transfer the sponsor

My iqama is expired from 2 months i can transfer without sponsorships approval, I already accepted new contracts by new employer, but still there is pending completing in absher by new employer, please tell me about it, why this is pending. please guys help me.

You need permission from your old current employer.
