Hi guys! Anyone of you have the same experience that the bank wakala not honored or accepted in AL rajhi bank. I left a wakala to my friend and they are not honoring it. She should be my authorized person to transact in behalf of me to withdraw cash over the counter as I am already on FINAL EXIT.

Hi,

Your Wakala shall have the right to withdraw cash from such a bank. However, if it does not express that, there is still a way to do so with some steps even if you are out of the country.

Thanks for the reply sir.. Do you know the procedures if out of the country? I am really having a hard time to take my money from the bank.

Can I send to you my wakala Sir? Can you read it for me if it's allowed to do bank transaction for my friend. I don't have access anymore to my bank account. I cannot access my online banking as my STC number is deactivated already.
