Can i go for another establisher after accepting the contract within 10 days of time in qiwa?

Status is pending for nitice period time of 90 days, so can i go back and reject the contract so that i can go for another contract in qiwa?

Whatever u accept u have to face 90 days pending problem.聽 Tell ur kofil slove this problem.

Sir I have I issue they send contract I reject now I can go new job in qiwa without my kafil permission

If ur iqama is expire or u haven鈥檛 sign any contract with your sponsorship then u can go any establishment.

You still need permission if you came here on your current company visa.

2- The employee鈥檚 work permit has expired
3- The existence of a malicious communication at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development

Note that the current employer can reduce the notice period by following the following steps:
1- Login to the Qiwa platform after receiving the service transfer request notification
2-Choose a service transfer service
3-Choose the received orders
4- Choosing to modify the end date of the contractual period to a shorter period.

Yes, the worker is automatically transferred after the notice period expires

You still need permission if you came here on your current company visa.

No he does not need approval after 90days period is finished. The only challenge is "final exit" and "Huroob(Absent from work aka Runaway)"
