Which I didn't agree but I asked for exit
And they asked me to get out off their office.
Already 4years 1 month wasted here no vacation, no allowance no increment, 3 months overtime pending , I do work 15 hours per day once twice day off in a month without bonus or overtime pay.
So on April , 1st 2021 I submitted a resignation latter with plant ID to them on the 15th April ,2021 I left the company accommodation
To search for work now I realized that I was reported ESCAPED , so I reported to the Labour office and lodged complain, and they requested me to prove documents, and I did after I received message from Labour office that my complain was REJECTED without calling or appointment at the Labour office,
So what shall I do now please?

You have made a mistake.
You should have put a complaint against the company for their behaviour and wrong deeds they had done with you as their employee.
But you just left.
It's not Europe my friend.
Here, you can't left a company like that. They used their authority and put huroob on your visa.
Now, my humble and friendly advice for you that you should go back.
Yes, go back. If you try to proceed further, may be it get you something out of it.
But it will cost you more time. One of my friends did such thing and that case took 3 years to solve.
So keep that in mind.
It will take years to get you any benefits out of the hands of those people.
