Dear Doctor sir, Good Day!
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽I am working as a nurse in a private hospital since more than 5 years, can i change my employer, if i get an new offer form new employer. Thank you!

Yes you can if you finish the contract you sign to your current employer

Things are nor clear and this is the reason to debate here to share the get adavantage of others experiences.
One who is working from past 8 years is not obliged to complete 1 year in my opinion.

One more factor to be discussed is the importance digitalization of contract on QIWA, what if one has not approved it compared to one who accepted it, i thing transfer rules varies for both.
