its good as i have seen once , they give furnished housing, depends on your family size, if you are family of 4 (Husband+wife+2 son) then least you will get 2 rooms apartment, if (1daughter+son) then least 3 bedrooms.

it depends on age of kids as well. But dont worry it is always good and after arrival you can do the changes if faces any problems.
