End of service benefits settlement on final exit

I resigned from a company in jubail worked for 23 years. Would like to know if as per Saudi law transportation allowances are included in the ESB in addition to the basic and housing allowances.

Would any members answer quickly because next week I m leaving the KSA on final exit.

No, only basic salary are there references for computing ESB.

Allowances like housing, transportation, food, bonuses, etc are excluded for the computation.

No brother only basic is counted
for first 5 years half salary for each year
and then every year one salary.
so if calculate first 5 years you get 2.5 cuurent basic salary聽聽18 basic current salary
so you will get 20.5 basic salary and a bonus salary which makes total 21.5 basic salaries.

I am working with contracting company in Riyadh.
The company released all ESB including housing and transportation not basic salary only
Take care and check the issue with labour law
If you get all you shall invite us for a party

You can claim all allowances including transportation and housing as per Saudi labour law

Yes my correction EOSB calculate on your total salary but calculation is different for termination and resignation both.
