Transfer request

My 2 year contract expires on September 30 .i received a job offer from a company a month ago. They send me request through the qiwa portal. I accept the request .There has been no response from the current employer, Can I switch to a new company if the current employer rejects or聽 pending the request?聽 I have 23 days left to complete my contract.After the contract I can able to go without my current employer permission?

You need permission from the employer.

NO you can not join and leave without your current employer permission

Which law?
Give us the any official statement from the MOL or JAWAZAAT or Interior Ministry?

there is no new law , they make the transfer process online only else everything is same.

New law means new system only which is Qiwa. otherwise the process is same your current employee can reject it and still have a right to exit you or allow you to transfer. the new law dosnt allow you the break a year contract. there is a penalty if you try to leave before that without your employer concern. but your employer can let you go with 30 days notice with a valid reason. it is more or less same.

I think a new update came in qiwa, if our new company have 100 % qiwa contract with all his employees and following all saudization rule, then you will get a 90 days notice period, if you get that status you need to finish that period with old employer and save yourself from putting exit on your visa, and if you successfully complete this period you will get transfer without current employer approval

But if you got status"pending for current employer approval " on qiwa you need permission from current employer.

Thanks.... What if my status in qiwa pending completing in absher by new employer. But my current employer he did my exit visa. It's possible to to transfer even i got exit visa??? Please let me know

Nope.
No while having that final exit.
You have to cancel final exit before anything.
And that can only be done by your current employer.
