Qiwa show status pending

I have accepted the offer 8 march 2022 and my status in qiwa is pending for current employer approval ...is it possible that qiwa approved it Automatically or not???

Ask your current employer(sponser) to accept the transfer request. Once your current company accepts the request then follow with your new employer (company).

If my sponsor did not accept my offer then is it possible that qiwa status approved automatically?

No. It will actually automatically cancelled after 14 days. However, you can transfer without sponsorships approval if your iqama is already expired given that you are already done with your contract with your current company

No, it will not approved your employer unless you will talk with them聽 and you have good relation to your current employer.

Take note that you can transfer only if you fall either those three category;

Your IQAMA is expired.
three months delayed your salary.
No contract in GOSI uploaded.聽
