End of Service and Experience letter

Dears ,

Salam . Alhamdulillah 2 months back my iqama got transferred to another employer through Qiwa acceptance . Currently i am working under new employer .聽

My previous employer,聽 is not settling my Final settlement (7 Years I worked there).
I met them personally and on daily basis I am sending emails but no luck no one from HR is not responding .

Please suggest me how to proceed and what I have to do from my end as experience certificate is important for my career and money to clear my debts .

I have taken nakal kafala yesterday. On absher as well as on qiwa my new company name is showing and status is active .

My old company status on qiwa is showing terminated. I want to download old company service experience certificate on qiwa but I am unable to see my old company name in service certificate section .

Anyone have idea?
