rabegh is a medium city but it has everything( necessities ) you'll need(but no malls), weather is聽 just SUN,SAND and DRY COLD WIND that's their weather, nowadays it's still cold but summer is on the way聽
What sorts of activities can i do in your free time?
well it depends, if you have a car you can do anything, usually it's fishing cause it's near the sea and sports, welcome to KSA!
What's the best way of getting around the city as a family?
personal car my friend, they don't have public transportation if that's what you mean
