If you look on Facebook there is a cycling group in jeddah they may be able to give you some pointers

You could always ask in wheels cycle shop on sari road too,

Yes i did but there is no area for bicycles.

I know they don't have area dedicated for bicycling but I mean bring your own bike and ride there.

You can ask any saleman in wheels store for bicycle located at sari they know :-)you can join my friends group:-)JEDDAH BIKERS:-)

visit one beach resort near naval base area? just forgot the name of the resort its a nice place i saw women driving cars without wearing abayas..
