Well, any westerner might be doing that. I don't that you'll be able to find out in market or any beauty parlor.

I know a guy but I don't recommend having a Tattoo here, caz it is underground so its not safe but If you don't care I'll give you his phone number.
Travel to Duabi or something.

Anyone who fancies getting tattoo here in Jeddah is up to them. I know many tattooist who run shops from their home (abroad)

As long as the person maintains hygienic standards then there shouldn't be an issue, whether it's underground or not.

I wanna get "EB" tattoo on my arm....gotta represent y0!

Hi, I know one place, it's just behind the Jeddah International Market, along the old canal. You can even rent a bicycle using credit card (self service). All the best

I wouldn't assume any potential tattoo "shops" here in the KSA are going to be properly licensed, therefore they won't be monitored and would most likely lack cleanliness and health-safety issues that you may encounter.聽

In short, wait for your vacation, book a flight to a tattoo-friendly place and get it at the tail end of your trip (so you can swim for most of it)
