ladies swimming pool / Gold's Gym

Hello everyone,
I'm new here in Jeddah and been wondering where i can find a swimming pool just for ladies preferably with a coach or trainer who can give health advice. I don't want anything near the beach (especially not in Ubhur). I've heard about a gym called Gold's and i was wondering if any of you can help on prices and/or memberships. I do hear though that it is expensive which won't be working for me.. Any suggestions?
