how to sue someone, if he/ she had done wrong to you ?

Hi Guys & gulz !!
i need to ask , is there any organisation or Institute from where we can make complains about someone who had done unfair to us... like there is "consumer code" in other countries.
We had a Photographer to capture a very memorable wedding occasion, that person took 2600 SAR from us, & bring us bad results, after complaining to that person , that what he/she had done, that person is just聽 ignoring us, and showing a hell attitude !
and please help me with the wedding Photography budget,
how much only for photos ?
how much only for Videos ?
and for both ?

Recently there is a lot of amateur photographers going around claiming to be wedding photographers if the person is doing it as freelance work then good luck x2

Anywho the wedding can't be redone to have everything shot again so whatever gotten now will suffice as memories they are meant to be

One of my friends faced the same issue with a photographer who had a very good page on Facebook and Instragram.

The photographer took 4000 +,聽 the pictures and video's were soo bad.

When we communicated with them they didn't care about it.

Payment was in cash so i think we cant do anything about it.

same happened with me

but i has less budget. But i believe to avoid this people should hire photo graphers from studio. They will care about their reputation and wont spoil big day.

before engaging unto it, you should have written contract entailing all conditions and parameters of all the services in exchange for your payment. This must be signed by both parties, so that in cases of worst comes to worst it would be a 100% guaranteed that you will prosper to sue THEM
