Transfer of car ownership

Hello,

I'm selling my car and transferring the ownership to the buyer soon. I need to know if i can complete the process if my iqama is in the process of changing sponsorship? Also, since i don't have my original Iqama at the moment, just a copy, will i be able to transfer my car?

Also, do i need an asbher account to make the transfer?

To transfer car ownership, you should have the following:

- Valid iqama ID card; and
- Valid estimara ID card

Good to have MOI absher account to verify if the car ownership transfer is successful, but not mandatory.
