NCB Car Lease

I leased a Car from NCB in 2011, Now I complete the payment I want to transfer the Car under name. NCB is not allowing me to do since the Car has 07 seats and My Family is 04 member. Does anybody know how I can resolve the issue.??

The time you got this car, the regulation was not in place. Ask NCB what to do?

Problem is genuine , try to sell back to NCB or find any customer with 7 family members

I doubt NCB will give it to anyone else. He has to be the second owner (after NCB) and then he can sell.

you must have聽 a contract with them which obliges them transferring the car to your name after the completion of payments whether its a 1 seat or 10 seats. Push them to follow the contract as its their head ache to transfer.
