Good compound for a young couple in Al Khobar

Hi all;
I will move to Al Khobar in comming moths (hope early January) with my wife.
We are looking for a good compound for western people with one or two bedrooms, fully furnished and with all included (water, electricity and internet). Gym and pool are mandatory. We prefer villa instead of apartment, but if the compound is good apartment should be work.
There is a lot of offer and confused information on google.
Can someone help us with that?
