@Beelaily Thank you so much, will look into this! Ideally I was looking into a compound around the North of Riyadh. Have you come across any around 50-55K annual for one bedroom?

I have but because they are relatively inexpensive there's a 6 month waiting list.聽

@Beelaily Ah really? I noticed there are a lot of families here, so maybe the waitlist could be for 2+ beds. I'm here by myself, so looking only for a 1 Bed. I am currently in Riyadh, my company have provided 1 month accommodation, so I want to secure something within the next 2-3 weeks.

If you are looking for something soon, try Seder Village Compound,聽 they have various accommodation plus a motel in the Compound. It may suffice until you may wish to find something else.

It's a decent Western Compound with swimming pool, gym, shop, etc

@Beelaily does Seder village has availability? I checked last week and apparantly there is huge waiting list without any timeline in sight.

Hi, I don't know what their waiting list is like. I just advised someone that there's a possibility of staying in the motel on site.
