To change from 60 to 50 Htz - Samsung oven - Riyadh - service center?

I need to change the my samsung microwave from 60 to 50...does any1 know the service center location in Riyadh?

Thanks wilson...have been there its full of p***d customers as the URL suggests.

Finally got the #920013232 the service center location is behind Boudl Hotel, Khuraish road. I will be visiting today.

In case someone is planning to purchase any such item or relocating to his/her home country which uses 50Htz electricity will be in a fix...!

Previously electronics devices were automatic 50 to 60 hertz but it seems there is a new policy which mandates only import of 60htz so, get it converted to 50htz free of charge.

This is equally applicable to any manufacturer.

50 & 60 Hz are almost the same in practical and devices must work fine on both.

On the other hand, frequency alternators are not technically easy and may cost a good amount.

Anyways, do keep us posted as you visit them today.
