smart phone headache

Hi mes ombres, i need a new smart phone, was aiming for BB, but well the way things are, dont think this will happen.So sad. I have a Nokia C7, totaly reliable,Korean make.. I need a branded original second best to BB. Where to find?

Still its much better than Samsung..
I know at present samsungs s3 sales are way high but because no product from apple is there to counter that.. lets wait for a week and then you wil see iphone sales rocketing.

It might be, as I am a iphone and apple fan.

I agree S3 is a beauty my wife has it but to compare the sales as to which made most we have to wait till iphone 5 gets into business.
For me apps is something I use most on my phone and apps on andriod sux, this only people whov used appstore apps can determine. In terms of phone only, S3 has obvious pluses than Iphone 4.

You can't compare S3 with the iPhone. Come on! S3 released recently and iPhone4, last year

yeah, thats why I am waiting for Iphone 5, so that s3 can be compared to it.

Even if Iphone 5 is released in week or two, the sales won聮t go exponential due to expectedly high launch price. I am not very hopeful that it would be launched for below 3.5K SAR.

On the other hand, S3 is available with offers from Jarir and as of yet it hasn聮t disappointed anyone.

I agree with you that it has not disappointed anyone except the apple fans who moved to S3, only because of significant diff in quality of apps.

I dont expect price to be very high gone are the days when iphone 4 was launched at jarir for 5000 SAR. Because of competition apple will be careful with the pricing. The price for 16GB will be ~2500 thats my expectation. could be diff.

it wont be 2500 at launch id venture to say

i have an s2, and am very happy with it, and i am an apple fanboy (imac, macbook pros, and ipads)

Well again, S3 has its pros and cons, you may increase the processor to 1.3Ghz or increase the screen resolution, bring an ice cream sandwich,but CAN ANYONE COMPETE THE FEELING OF TOUCH an IPHONE PROVIDES? bring one single phone in comparison to it and i'd love to change my taste. Hope this answers many doubts people have comparing S3 with Iphone..!!

I wish it could be like this. But seemingly Apple wont amend its launch strategy in Gulf/Europe/America/Australia, not at least at this point of time & will stick to conventional norms of marketing....."Massive promotion & high launch price"

Same happened at the time of Iphone 4S launch as well.
