By logic, why immigration people would check about your next destination???!!!!. Main thing for them, is that you're cleared to leave kingdom according your exit-only visa...
hope it's helpful

No,
In order to leave KSA for good, you need the exit visa.

Yes you can leave KSA on final exit and then travel from Riyadh to any place in the world for which you have the visa.

As long as you have a valid entry visa to the country you are going to, you can leave to any country after exiting from KSA.

Couldn't have been said better.
Sean12 wrote:Hello!i want to know if there is no problem when i go to dubai if my sponsor here in saudi arabia issued me a final exit?but they give me ticket going to my homeland philippines?what are any procedures the best thing to do?Hope to hear your responds.Thank you!
Based on your profession, you could get visa on arrival in Dubai if you were holding a valid GCC resident permit. Since you have final exit, you should get visa prior to traveling or check after being in transit.
You can visit any country you want to provided you have a valid visa for that country for some countries the visa can be taken on arrival and for some it has to be taken in advance.Confirm with UAE embassy at Diplomatic Quarters Riyadh (+966-1-4881227) for your visa requirements.
For the ticket to Philippines which is already provided to you by your sponsor - you can ask your sponsor to cancel it and issue a new ticket or just let you have the money and you can make your own plans for travel (Riyadh - Dubai - Philippines).

No, as long as you have final exit , it does not matter to where you are boarding from KSA.

Is there a chance that the immigration of both countries will not accept my visas? I mean is riyadh will allow me to exit and allow me to visit abu dabhi than to go to my home country? And does abu dabhi accept my visa? Anyone knows how are the procedure in the immigration in both countries? Thanks
If you already have a visit visa then no issues, you can enter UAE. The immigration here does not check as to where you are departing to as long you as you have valid documentation - on your final exit and valid visa on arrival.

Are you sure they are not checking your point of origin during exit in KSA?
Yes you can kabayan. I have done this and it needs a lot of guts to do it. First what you need to do is magpabook ka ng ticket na may stop over sa dubai. Whether its a 1 one hour or more of stop over. Then when you are in DXB airport approach the airline staff counter that you want to cancel the flight going to PHL and enter the Dubai for a short visit. Then they will need the info of your ticket. After they cancel the flight you can now que for the immigration for entry in Dubai. However you should need the following documents ready:
1. Visit Visa (sponsored by a friend or an agency or a Travel agency in dubai)
2. Hotel reservation for a stay in dubai ( at least 1 day reservation in a 4 star hotel is ok)
3. contact number of your friend and address (in case the immigration officer will ask for a reference).
Please note when exiting in KSA please dont ever mention on the authorities that you will be staying in Dubai. Normally if you are in a Final exit visa they will need to see if you will going to point of origin which is PHL. Unless its a exit-reentry then it is not needed to have a ticket in your point of origin.

I dont understand what KSA has to do with a person's final exit. And why they have to make sure that a person goes back to the point of origin. Just double check of what you are saying. And if that's true, then its indeed a Magic Kingdom

The statement I have posted comes from a post from another site by another person that is why I am asking as you can see from the start. Again, are you sure they have nothing to do with the person's point of origin?

We can all quote statements and "ideal scenarios" from sites or from the grape vine . But when giving feedback on a public forum like this, I believe you should give information which is correct and proven. It is by default understood that when an employee gets final exit his employer will give him one way ticket to his point of origin. This ticket is not checked by any one at the airport, neither will they ask if he is going to his point of origin or some place else; If he has a valid visa to another country the Saudi officials at the airport cannot stop him from traveling there under any circumstances. As long as the documents you have is clear no need to worry about traveling to any place from KSA on final exit. What they check here is if you are leaving on the right terms ( ERE, Exit, Visit visa etc) and once you arrive at your destination, they will only look if you have the necessary approved documents that will allow you to enter that country legally.
Hope this is clear.
But anyways it's clear now

athran wrote:That is clearly my mistake for not putting a quote to the said statement. I am planning to resign before my contract ends so I will be the one to buy my own ticket. Will they let me to buy a ticket going to another country instead of going to my point of origin which is the Philippines? Or should I buy a ticket that has a stop over in dubai then cancel my flight going to Philippines the moment I am in dubai? Using the second option should I tell them that I will stay long to another country? Thanks in advance HRGuru!
For Saudi Authorities, a person with Final exit is leaving the country permanently and it does not matter to them to where you are leaving to and neither its their business as long as you have valid visa / documents to another country. If you are buying the ticket , no one can stop you. You can get this to any place you want provided you are legally eligible to go there.

Yes you can provided you inform the bank about your plan to change the sponsorship and notify them the new offer. Also you might need to inform your new employer to continue transferring your salary to your SAMBA account. You can go to the bank customer care and they can better give you current process.
Shanmikhos wrote:Thank you so much for the info. Can SAMBA bank give me clearance even im final exit? Because my current company told me that I need to final exit and return under new company. Again thank you.
Final exit will not get clearance until you pay back the loan amount and related fees in full. If you are transferring they will transfer from one employer to another, but if you are going for exit then you need to pay the money back in full.
