Coronavirus SARS in Riyadh

Hi All,

I have heard there is a new virus claiming a no. of lives in Saudia known as Coronavirus or SARS, a respiratory syndrome.

Does anyone know about it, what are the precautions and how much is its influence in Riyadh. I will be coming to Riyadh next month so kinda scared and what vaccination can help?

Don't you worry. There were cases in Jeddah but not a single one reported from here in Riyadh.

Ameen - It's such an obnoxious virus. And the middle eastern version is a weird evolution. They've named it CoronaVirus ME.

MERS-CV or Middle East Respiratory Syndrom CoronaVirus, mostly will effect to those who has weak body or who has been ill before. common symptoms have been acute, serious respiratory illness with fever, cough, shortness of breath, and breathing difficulties. the infection generally presents as pneumonia. It has caused kidney failure and death in some cases. It is important to note that the current understanding of the illness caused by this infection is based on a limited number of cases and may change as more information becomes available.

I am exposed to a patient with corona virus a month ago and was not aware that the patient is carrying the disease. All I did is drink a lot of water and was negative of any symptom.
