No matter, whoever tells you to go to cheap rental companies, please do not go.
Avis is recommended as they offer full insurance, which means if you have a accident (legally driving) and even if its your fault all you need to Pay is SR 100.
Instead, the cheap rental companies will also say that you are insured but if you have a accident and mistake is yours then they will charge you full amount of repair and if you are kind enough will also force you to pay rental they are lost while car was being repaired.

Go straight to Avis.

Price depends on tenure you are renting it. If you take a monthly contract they should give you a corolla for 110-120 SR/day. Ask them for offers with various cards (eg: Amex).

I second what pkmusd had said, but I will also add Budget as another option and always add the extra 10-15SR for the full insurance if itÂ’s not included already

As advised above, Avis or Budget of with comprehensive insurance.
