Skin cancer screening in Riyadh?

Hello, does anyone know a clinic, hospital or specialist able to identify & treat skin cancer in Riyadh ? I have a possible melanoma I want biopsied, and some other places that might be precancerous.

only thing with armed hospitals (military)聽 they treat the veterans .. i don't know them to treat the public
