Single Mum in KSA

Hi,

I am considering a position as聽 a governess in Riyadh.聽 I am a single mum and my primary school aged child would be coming with me.聽 We would live away from the family I would work for in a compound and be provided with a driver to take us to school, work, shopping.

What issues do you see (if any) with me being a single mum?

I would be grateful for any responses.

Well single (expat) mums are very rare in KSA who come from abroad specially for work. Since you'll be provided a driver,I don't foresee any issues.

Just make sure he's a dedicated driver to take you around, I guess single ladies can comment more

There shouldn't be a problem at all. Worst come to worst you can always take a taxi with uber or careem.
Who knows, you might find someone there!

A scary arrangement . Consider you will not have anyone other than yourself that you can absolutely trust with your child . I would find a husband you can bring over, or find a friend that you know that's already here.
