I would like to know if there are any compound villas on apartments that are semi-furnished (kitchen whites only) for less that 50,000 a year ....

possibly relocating from another GCC country with own furniture

I dont think you will find compounds / villas / apartments with westerners for 50K a year. The min price expected to pay in compounds in upwards of 80 -90 k

As someone who recently concluded the search and settled for a medium sized compound, you won't聽 definitely find a 2BR compound in that range at all. A decent compound for westerners starts around 80-100k. It's a bit strange in light of the oil induced slump we are experiencing but the price curve hasn't really bent all that much. Good luck on your search.

Ive no idea yet. Im just looking at options. I will move to Riyadh if I can find a place on Compound that has some westerners on as I may be home with a child whilst husband works.

My rent in Bahrain is very cheap so I dont want to pay more.

I just need to know whats out there.
