Hello Everyone

Dataflow and Saudi Council Renewal

I am a Nursing Technician here in Riyadh since 2012 with the same employer. The HR department used to processed our renewal but now they asked us to do it on our own. I have to many questions:

1. How to update my dataflow?
2. Do I have to update it knowing Im still working for the same employer?
3. How much will it cost for updating dataflow?
4. How can I retrieve my Eligibility Reference Number?
5. Do you think my employer has my dataflow since they are the one renewing my contract before?

Saudi Council
1 What services should I choose to renew my license the second time around? Is it reclassification? or Re-registration?
2. I clicked reclassification but I cant continue my application, what should I do?
3. I tried changing it to re registration but I cant make any changes since I have pending application

Hope someone can help me with this. The expiration of my card will be on February 9,2019

I helped one nurse with Data flow and Saudi council. it was a very confusing and time consuming process but in the end it worked.

tell me if you are still having issues and I might try to give some suggestions.

Hello!
First you need to ask your HR about your MUMARIS聽 account, dataflow account.
Username and your password because they are the one renewed before.

I have questions:
1. Do you have a copy of your license?
2.Do you know your eligibility number?
3.Do you have a copy of your report from dataflow?

Are you using Mumaris Plus? I have issues with renewing my saudi council. It was rejected twice, they want me to upload my copy of final report of verification from data flow. For what I understand, I have to pay 29$ in order to access my report.聽 The new system is quite complicated

Hi does anybody here have any idea what does this mean?

Dear practitioner , kindly upload a copy of the identification letter issued (singed and stamped ) by the employer( the validation of the letter has to be three months or less ) showing the starting, ending date of the job, the professional ranking and the specialty.

Do I need to request a COE from my previous employer? or Do I need to request COe from my new employer?

what seems to be the problem if they rejected my renewal due to invalidity of classification and instead asked me to do re classification??

Hi Guys,

I am new for saudi, I came on Engineer Vissa聽 last month and i pursued with employer for my iqama but after 20 days , HR told that for getting IQAMA u need register in SCE . As suggested i was uploaded all required documents & fee also paid, Now the status showing DATA flow, Kindly suggest me what can i do to get my IQAMA as soon as possible?

i have an old expired saudi council technician registration. do i need to pay first the expired registration or directly i will go to re classification because i took specialist exam and passed.i want to re classify and register as specialist now.

what will i do. i jave also 11 months work gap.

do you have or submitted your coe dataflow from your origin country

Can I ask? Ihave already my saudi council but it stated there Health Assistant since that time I dont have PRC ID

Now that I have PRC ID...I renew my saudi council is it okay to be Health Assistant? Since somebody said to me that i should take the exam for Nursing technician since I have now my PRC ID..

You should pursue for nurse technician since you have the prc already but your iqama should state that your occupation is nurse if not better stay with healthcare assistant your employer need to change your status first as nurse before you proceed reclassification

Can anybody help me? I applied for re-classification re-renewal. Then it redirect me to Exam. Now if I apply for re-registration it鈥檚 telling I have a pending application. Can anybody help me. Will it be possible just to apply for renewal.

Check your prior application, is there an option to cancel? If not the best option is to proceed with the exam, where you are directed for payment because after receipt of payment you will then be given the eligibility number for Prometric Exam.

Unless you were not planning to take reclassification at all.

Reclassification is when you plan to take the exam, example for someone with classification as Nurse Technician and want to have it changed to Nurse Specialist.

You can only update your details upon requesting for a new service (i.e. reregistration/renewal or reclassification). Other than that, I don鈥檛 think there鈥檚 any possibility to change it.

The last time I did reregistration, I was advised to have my COE from country of origin processed for data flow, as verification was required upon application with Mumaris. Anyway, COE from KSA is not necessary for DataFlow verification when processing with Mumaris.

I have saudi council as Nurse Technician expired last April, 2016. I wotked with construction company as Nurse from 2016 until 2020. In thus situation from 2016 , i can not renew my saudi council since I am working in a compsny and not in hospital. When I go exit , I worked as a Staff Nurse for a Clinic in Philippined. But聽 this COE ftom Philippines , i was not able to process my data flow for my COE In Philippines. Now聽 I zm here in Saudi Arabia and want to process for my renewal as Nurse Technician. Is it possible, I can process my Saudi Council Registration Card as Nurse Technician.

Hi,

I was in a similar situation. I had a nurse technician license from 2010 to 2016 ( When Dataflow system was not introduced in Saudi), license got expired when I was working for a construction company in 2016 ( I did not attempt to renew my license under construction company sponsorship ), I continued to work there until December 2018 without a valid license but had a valid classification certificate as a nurse technician on Mumaris+. Then I joined a hospital in July 2019 and tried to renew my license in 2020 under hospital identification letter. SCFHS asked me to upload dataflow verification report of my graduation certificate + home country nursing registration certificate + COE from my home country. I did it and uploaded final dataflow verification result along with COE from my construction company to fill employment gap.聽 I had enough CME hours uploaded on Mumaris+ as I was attending CME seminars while I was working for a construction company. After I uploaded all the documents on Mumaris+ portal, they accepted my renewal application and renewed my license after 4 years of expiration. One thing聽 You will have to make sure is that you must not have more than 6 months gap in nursing practice when you apply for renewal. Good Luck !

No way at all to get SCFHS registration without a valid nursing registration from your home country. No way at all to get SCFHS registration without a dataflow report of your home country registration ( even if you have a valid one ).

Hi鈥verytime I Apply for re registration it was rejected and they want me to proceed re clasification, I apply for reclasification and they required me to take the exam. How did you renew your license?

I was working in KSA as a lab technician since 2016 and then I exit August 2020 then I work in the philippines October 2020 until March 2022. I applied to work here again in ksa this May and I want to renew my mumaris license bcoz it was expired since october of 2021 and everytime I apply for re registration it was rejected 2x, they told me to do re classification but the problem is they redirect mo to do exam again,,. I want renewal only. Can anybody tell me what to do please鈥m still here in saudi but cannot work until my license is renewed.

I have issues with updating my saudi council professional registration. It was rejected many times they want me to upload my copy of final report of verification from data flow. But i already send my Professional Regulation Commission Id and my Dataflow result. The new system is quite complicated.
