Barclay card

I would like to ask if there are any members in 罢眉谤办颈测别 who have a Barclay card and if they have withdrawn foreign currencies, i.e. Sterling,dollars, euros, in the last few days.聽 I live in the T.R.N.C. and can no long withdraws foreign currencies in any ATM here for some reason, so, I am trying to find out if there is a global problem.聽 Thank you in anticipation.
