It seems to be limited data available on Ikamet. I found an interesting site, which you probably already know but no details can be found how many requests for extention have been accepted or rejected, by nationality or province. It seems to be these details you can obtain through a formal request (I do not want to go this route). I it also seems that extentions for Ikamet in closed districts is more difficult than open districts.
