Merhaba...

i would like to know if as foreigner in Turkey i need stamp my pregrade / postgrade diploms聽 in my country (foreing ministry) before of travel as abroad to Turkey, it in order to can apply to Formal Jobs聽 and proving my educational field.

For schools you might need to translate it into turkish but you dont need to do that if u wont apply a formal job.

yes, plus you need it to be apostilled as well

colombia is a member of the hague apostille convention, but i dont know whether you should apply to governor office or ministry secretary, better check at yr side..

These things usually get verified at the appropriate offices which in her case would be their education department as it is to do with her education- an apostille is a verification of authenticity.
