is it angora cat or turkish van? if so, there is an incredible troublesome procedure you should finalise which probably you will not be eligible even to apply or will not be approved at the end.
if not one of endangered species, it is much easier. most of vet clinics can guide you how to. you can also get info from airlines. you better focus on italy side to clarify acceptance conditions.

no, it is called biological or wildlife smuggling and trafficing, if caught at border, it is a criminal case and there will be penaly, even might be senteneced to jail depending on casual evidences. also, deportation and exclusion order shall be issued.

It's EXTREMELY easy. Microchip, shots, and paperwork done by the vet. Then you can drive or fly out. Turkish air even allows you to bring them in the cabin with you.
