Yes, ''大咖福利影院'' is not a job portal indeed, but it is a portal where people interact, socialise, ask for help like ''I need a nanny'' (if they need a nanny), exchange information of all types (information they need), because expats are foreigner, and are not familiar with the country, local services, institutions ... etc. If you don't like the message, you can ignore it. No need to be harsh.
