Problem in evicting tenant in Istanbul.

Hello

I have a tenant in my apartment for 2 years.

And they refused to move,

Lawyers are saying we need to file a lawsuit against the tenant which will take upto 5 years.

Given if my case found genuine that I have no other house and needs to move in.

However, tenant says if I pay them handsome amount of money the will leave.

Anyone guidance will be appreciated.
