What's the best way to move Turkey and work?

I'm 44 years old Business manager with +20 years of experience in Trade marketing, sales, Business development positions in top multinational companies like BAT and Danone looking for opportunities in Istanbul. I have a 14 years Son and planning to move Istanbul as a family and want's to find a proper job for myself. Interested to know how can I get support from this community
