Help! Can someone explain sorting Quaratine for a British National?

Hi!

I am trying to get in contact with someone who knows what is happening with quarantining from the UK.
All I know is it鈥檚:
14 day quarantine, can leave with a negative PCR test on day 10
Selected and funded by Turkish authorities

What I need to know!!!
Do I need to pay for quarantine?
Where are the facilities?
Do I need to book? - most importantly

Please can someone help I have been calling the different embassies and I am getting no where. They either hang up on me or only speak Turkish.

Arrivals to Turkey from Brazil, United Kingdom, Denmark and South Africa are suspended.
All passengers arriving Turkey from other countries who visited Brazil, United Kingdom, Denmark and South Africa within the last 10 days will be quarantined for 14 days at places selected by the Turkish official authorities following their arrival. On the 10th day of the quarantine period, passengers are required to undergo a second PCR test and if the test result is negative, the isolation period will end.
Passengers of 6 years and older who visited the aforementioned countries and arriving Turkey are required, before boarding, to submit a negative PCR test result with a sample collected within the last 72-hours prior to departure.

Do you know if I need to book a place in advance?
Do you know if I need to pay for it?

I can鈥檛 seem to find the answers to these questions and I want to be certain I am okay in arriving and know what is happening with quarantine.

i dont think that you need to book a place in advance, the occupancy is not high and you cant know when you will be free.
i cant find any notice concerning quarantine fee, i think it is afforded by the state.
