@bibo01532 - Hi! my professional opinion on this, if you were cleared by your primary care physician, you dont need to worry about it, give yourself some peace of mind from something in the past. You dont need to declare it as long you feel relaxed and youve been healed from these, why worry! Move on with your plans, may you be guided by the holy spirit! Enjoy life!
