Need advice on lower-grade visa ,later update after degree attestation

Hi everyone, I鈥檓 currently in the middle of degree attestation for Abu Dhabi, and my employer is also applying for a lower visa designation/grade for now.

My question is:

  1. If the visa is issued with a lower designation first, can it be updated later after the attested degree is ready?
  2. Is this a common practice in Abu Dhabi/UAE?
  3. Does a lower designation create any problems later for: visa amendment, Emirates ID, banking, future job change, dependent visa sponsorship?


My employer says the current visa application may go through first, and then they can update the letter/designation after attestation is completed. I want to understand whether this is safe and what risks I should watch for.


Any real experience, advice, or things to check before accepting this would be very helpful.
