RESIDENCE VISA WORKING CAN I GET A SECOND JOB ON SAME VISA?

I AM ALREADY WORKING FOR A COMPANY BASED IN SHARJAH THEY SPORNSOR MY VISA ,I WANT TO KNOW IF ANYONE KNOWS IF I CAN GET A SECOND JOB AND KEEP ALSO THE ONE I HAVE IF SO WHAT ARE THE FORMALITIES?LIKE FOR THE NEW JOB THEY WILL MAKE ANOTHER VISA?

Hi Friend!
The second job will be a part time job? Right?! If yes, then you don't need to change the visa. You just need a letter from your sponsor stating that he is giving you permission to work part-time for another company! I guess, the letter will be attested by聽 Labor Office!! However, I am not very sure about the attestation as it may not be required!
Secondly, if you are planning to do two full-time jobs, then I guess it is not allowed!!
Are you working with a Free Zone Company?

Yes looking to find a part time job not A full time one, no the company is聽 not a free zone Co ,thanks for your reply hopefully you are right about needing just a letter from my employer ,thanks again
