There's the Meat Factory in Madinat Jumeirah - I highly recommend it.

Also there's one in Atlantis, am not sure if it's the French restaurant on ground floor but their T-bone steaks are superb.聽 Oh and the fries also

came to Atlier M Dubai Marina last week with my friend for a dinner. Loved the food and cocktails. We were on the rooftop.
