i think you should search jobs and send your CV as a first step..

if you want to take it up a notch you can get a visit visa for three months, come to dubai, stay in a shared accomodation or a hotel and you can physically go out there and search available vacancies..

Nigerians unfortunately aren't on the menu for long term tourist visas, 14 days is generally the longest offered.
