Hi, my partner is looking for work as a heating engineer or a pipe fitter or some sort of technician. Only speak English and would rather not work outdoors in the crazy heat.

Any help if his expertise is wanted in Dubai?

There is always a market for people of such skills.聽聽It really depends on the level of the position he is targeting i.e. if he has lots of experience, he can try to find a managerial position in a company in the construction / oil聽 etc fields.聽 Without experience, he is going to be working outside and might not even get a job as he would be a lot more expensive vs. the competition i.e. people from the sub-continent.
