Hi there

I'm Kathleen from Mauritius .. I am planning to move to Canada with my family, husband and son of just 1yr old, i would like to have some infos from Mauritians who have move to Canada..
I don't really know who to contact,what agency .. who to trust cause we were dealing with an agent once who was not really honest..was a true scammer
Can someone plz help..

To be in touch with Mautitians currently living in Canada, view the Mauritian expatriates network in Canada.

You could get in touch with the Mauritians settled there and ask them for advice.

I would also suggest you to download the Quebec guide which contains articles which could be useful to you as well.

No, sorry, i do not know about trustworthy agents or consultants for immigration to Canada.

Hi,

Firstly, may I know why do you want to immigrate in Canada? If you have a decent job & easy life I consider you stay put. With a little baby, life is not going to be at your advantage in Canada.
Secondly, under what category are you going to apply? Skilled-workers, professionals, sponsorship etc聟聟. Go online and browse thoroughly on this link which will give you more details about immigrating in Canada. If you are not qualified just forget it, and do not use any agent to get you pass (it聮s impossible). They will print all the free forms & fill out for you that聮s all. Never foul the Canadian law.

HI Mike77 i supoz your post is for Yafmil.. i was saying the same thing to myself when i read his post.. but never mind, there are always some people who are here to discourage but I'll keep on with what i want to do..
