If I am buying a聽 house in the Lakeside area, who do you recommend for
international mortgage financing in the USA or anywhere. The Mexican interests
rates are 10-16%聽 with good credit!!

some developers offer direct financing on new builds. We are a Canadian builder on the beach in Yucatan state and offering direct financing, much lower than the rates you posted.

No. You cannot. You need your Pemanente to purchase a car.
As to mortgages, You are right. They can only be had here through a private investor and rates run around 8-12%.聽
I stumbled across this website and you could try contacting them. I don't know anything about them but it doesn't hurt to ask.
