Bringing parrots into Mexico

My husband I and I are considering moving to Rosarito Beach within five years. We have two cats and a green cheek conure, small parrot, that we would like to bring over. I see lots of information on this site about dogs and cats but not birds. Also is there a certified avian vet in Rosarito Beach? Thanks. I appreciate all your help.

Dogs and cats are easy, Some other pets are difficult or in some cases banned. that includes birds. Check with the Mx. counsel to see if your bird can leave there or come here. Check this link out.
