to be frank with you, I don't think you will find any sponsor online (here or on any other website). Being the sponsor of anyone represents a lot of responsibilities and I don't think you'll find someone serious who could possibly help you, sorry.

Expat com it's like a good opportunuity to find big people as you,
I continuing hoping to some to put me in contact even to any agency , who could sponsorie my trip , once reach i will work for free for them ,up to refound all the amount spend for me.
I'm very sincere , honest  for an help whom i sure to never disapointed or deceive, not only just i'm in need but this is for sure my personal behaviour.

Sorry but you will never find a sponsor to be babysitter. To work in USA, you must bring a plus, a skill than any US citizen or resident has. And a lot of these can be babysitter...

Generally to hope to find a job in USA, you must be high-graduated.

Go to travel.state.gov and read up on visas; especially employment based visas. Unfortunately there is no 'nanny visa'. Depending on your age and experience you may qualify for au-pair.

Asking for a babysitting it's just the way to come in USA just because i'm So thirsty to know that country since i'm kid , it's a dream country for me.
You are right, for all advices, for your information i'm a high graduate of university (last step of study in my country), i'm 5 years of logistics, management ,computer skills experiences. and i will need to do the master if possible in an english univerity.
If that request will be impossible to have a positive answer ,Can you please let me know how can i manage to come in USA?
