Likelihood of getting a sponsorship

Family of three living in UK. Husband is an experienced chef and I'm a hotel clerk. I know that Australia are looking for chefs and some companies can sponsor. I don't think I can be sponsored though cause my job isn't under the skilled category. We're going to be visiting Melbourne, Australia to see my cousin who lives there with their family for 2-3 weeks. They aren't able to sponsor me because we're not direct family (even though she is literally the only family I have left).

We dont have a lot of savings to practically move anywhere (less than 5k) but was wondering what would be the likelihood of getting my husband sponsored by a company who can also sponsor me and our son and provide accommodation for us as a family to get started there? Many thanks.
