Medical certificate

Hi my name is Shaun and not sure if this is the right forum for my question but i have just applied for a working holiday visa, just asking do you have to have a medical certificate and x-ray before arriving in NZ or can i get one done on arrival the cost of this in the UK is 拢440 wondering if it would be cheaper on arrival??

Hi Shaun,

I'm not sure if USA requirements are different than UK, and if since 2019 the Xray is now a requirement, but I know that my daughter in Dec 2019 went to New Zealand on same visa. She was not required to do a medical exam or xray. She just needed to show proof of medical insurance that was good for her stay while in NZ.
