Lost or Misplaced CPF Card

How do I replace my CPF聽 Card.....I can't seem to find it, like I really have looked for it??
In the event I can not find it how do I go about Replacing the thing?
The # is on my Brasilian聽 Drivers License...

There's an app in the Play Store that you can download and install on your phone, "Pessoa F铆sica - Receita Federal".
One of the options is "Consulta e 2a Via CPF".聽 Input your CPF and birthdate, and it will return a screen that you can use as an official copy of your CPF.聽 You can save a screenshot to your phone, or email it to yourself and print it out.
You can probably also go to the Receita Federal and request a "Segunda Via".
