paying water bill in Santa Marta

I have a place in Santa Marta, and I'm trying to pay my water bill online.

On the bill it says to go to

However, elsewhere on the bill it says to go to viz. w/o the "co".

Either way I enter it, though, it doesn't work; I just get Veolia's business website, which gives no option for paying a water bill.

Can anyone help me out here?

Looks like you can pay online via the website essmar esp.

In the last 12 years I have noticed a huge improvement in how to pay bills on line in Colombia ... however it seems your local water company is a bit behind the times.

MTo find the website above I simply googled ' pago factura agua Santa marta'.

Also remember this is Colombia so when things don't appear as you would expect .... you have to think like a Colombian hahaha 馃
